چکیده

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the supplemental effects of a novel protease produced from Bacillus subtilis in low crude protein (CP) corn distiller dried grain with solubles (cDDGS) based diets on growth performance, carcass attributes, nutrients digestibility, blood chemistry, and intestinal histomorphometry broiler chickens. One hundred sixty, one-day-old chicks were randomly allotted one 4 dietary treatments. Each treatment had four replicates, 10 birds each replicate. Two basal formulated for both starter (1-21d) finisher (22-35d) phase; (PC) soybean meal diet as per standard recommendations Ross 308; (NC) 5% cDGGS reduction CP concomitant essential amino acids (EAAs) compared PC. The negative control further subdivided into 3 parts. part without enzyme supplementation, while other two parts supplemented (PROT1) commercial (PROT2), respectively. same procedure adopted diets. A digestibility assay (32-35d) carried out using acid insoluble ash (AIA), an external marker. At end 35d, ileal digesta collected experimental unit nutrient measurement. Tissue samples duodenum, jejunum, ileum villus height, width, crypt depth, width. Body weight gain (BWG) feed:gain improved (p<0.05) supplementation. No effect observed parameters. However, apparent coefficient nitrogen (ADCn), retention (Nret ), (AIAAD) (p<0.05). there no metabolizable energy (AME) corrected (AMEn), glucose, total cholesterol (p>0.05) integrity (p>0.05). It concluded that can improve resulting availability

Effect of Corn Dried Distiller Grains with Solubles (DDGS) in Dairy Cow Diets on Manure Bioenergy Production Potential

The main objective of this study was to obtain scientifically sound data on the bioenergy potential of dairy manures from cows fed different levels of corn dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS). Three diets differing in corn DDGS content were formulated: 0% corn DDGS (DDGS0; control diet), 10% corn DDGS (DDGS10) and 30% corn DDGS (DDGS30). Bioenergy production was determined in psychroph...

Metabolizable energy value of dried corn distillers grains and corn distillers grains with solubles for 6-week-old broiler chickens.

The objective of this study was to determine the ileal digestible energy (IDE), ME, and ME(n) contents of corn distillers grains (DDG) and corn distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) for 6-wk-old broiler chickens using a multiple linear regression method. The DDG and DDGS were incorporated into a corn-soybean meal-based reference diet at 3 levels (0, 300, or 600 g/kg) by replacing the energy-yi...

Utilization of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) in Broiler Diets Using a Standardized Nutrient Matrix

An experiment was conducted to evaluate different levels of “new generation” distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) in broiler diets throughout a 49 d growing period, based a standardized nutrient matrix derived from a composite of literature values. Diets were formulated based on digestible amino acid content to typical U.S. poultry industry standards to contain 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25% ...

Corn distillers dried grains with solubles in diets for growing-finishing pigs: a cooperative study.

An experiment involving 560 crossbred pigs (28 replications of 4 to 6 pigs per pen) was conducted at 9 research stations to assess the effects of dietary concentrations of corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) on pig performance and belly firmness. Fortified corn-soybean meal diets containing 0, 15, 30, or 45% DDGS were fed in 3 phases from 33 to 121 kg of BW. A common source of DDG...
